Don Burns likes to say that wine found him before he ever imagined making a living from it. Growing up in Paso Robles in the 1980s, he watched his uncle, Tom Westberg, produce small batches of wine at Westberg Cellars, one of the early wineries in a town that hadn’t yet become a household name....
