Aubert is widely regarded as one of the top Chardonnay producers in the United States and a benchmark estate on the world stage. Its founder, Mark Aubert, built his early career in the 1990s alongside some of Napa Valley’s most influential winemakers, including Helen Turley at Peter Michael Winery and Colgin. Known initially for his Cabernet Sauvignon work, Aubert made a decisive pivot in 2000 when he launched his eponymous label with a singular focus: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
