Morlet Family Vineyards
Luc Morlet grew up in Champagne. His family has been growing grapes in the region for five generations, so it’s no surprise that he studied viticulture and winemaking at university. What was surprising was that he left Champagne soon after graduating to move to California. It was for the best possible reason—Jodie—his amour. Today, Luc and Jodie Morlet own and manage Morlet Family Vineyards, passionately producing some of Northern California’s finest Cabernets, Chardonnays, and Pinot Noirs.

In the summer of 1994, Luc met his future wife, Jodie, in Paris, France. Luc took Jodie for a tour of the Champagne region, and they became good friends. After exchanging letters for two years and visiting each other in their respective countries, Luc moved to California in 1996. They got married the following year....
